Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, cooked red lentils, ground oats, grated cheddar, and paprika. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.
Take small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into small cylinders or kid-friendly star shapes.
Place the tots on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
